Why can't I play with two sticks?

Hello,
While we playing in the Czech Open in Prague, Mikael (who used to play for Revolution Sharks in Perth) asked the question, where in the rules does it say you cannot play with two sticks?
I checked the rules and technically it doesn't say you cannot play with two sticks. So I passed this one along to the Chairman of the Referee Committee in Stockholm and then she passed it on to the Björn Ingolf the rules guru of Sweden. Here is his reply.
Technically he says, it doesn't state anywhere that you cannot play with two sticks. Although under equipment it does say THE stick. He went on to explain that the rules also do not state that you cannot play with a live hand grenade, but he hopes that any decent referee would prevent a player for doing so.
About ten years ago, there was a goalkeeper in Gothenburg playing women's elite, who was very good at exploiting the rules. In a quarter final, she proceeded to turn the goals around to face the back board. Because the rule stated:
"Goal cages, approved by the IFF and marked accordingly, shall be placed with the posts on the prescribed marks."
And technically the goals were placed on the prescribed marks. The match was full of officials from the IFF and the Swedish Floorball Federation. The referees scratched their heads and made a few phone calls and eventually convinced her to put the goals the right way around, because she didn't want to ruin the game, just make a point.
The next day the rules were amended with the text:
"The openings of the goal cages shall face the centre spot."
Want to know why there is a rule "Socks outside the shoes are not allowed"? Tune in next week...
